What we collect
Account details (name, email, role, profile info), transaction records (orders, payouts, patronage events), shipping addresses you provide at checkout, and standard technical logs (IP, user agent) kept for security and fraud prevention.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: fulfilling orders, processing payments via Stripe (and crypto processors on the novelty subdomain), calculating patronage dividends, preventing fraud, and sending transactional email. Marketing email is opt-in and one-click unsubscribe.
Who we share with
Payment processors (Stripe), email delivery providers, and the counterparty of your transactions (sellers see the buyer's shipping address and name for fulfillment). We never sell personal data. We disclose to authorities only when legally compelled.
Your rights
Export or delete your account data anytime from your profile page (deletion cancels subscriptions and anonymizes order records required for accounting). EU/UK residents have GDPR rights including access, rectification, and objection; California residents have CCPA rights. Contact privacy@seedsy.org.
Retention & cookies
Transactional records are kept 7 years for tax compliance. We use strictly necessary cookies for sessions and cart state. No third-party ad trackers run on seedsy.org.
